/k/ help. I want a CZ scorpion but I'm torn between the true pistol caliber carbine and the NOTSBR. I need you guys to call out my fallacies on my pros list so that I can make a decision.
Carbine:
+ Comfy real adjustable stock
+ Legally unambiguous
+ Slightly less muzzle blast, I guess
+ Can have that vertical front grip
+ Big gun is easy to shoot
"""Pistol""" (With Brace)
+ Easy to point and aim
+ Won't turn into an SBR if I decide to get a supresser
+ Novelty. I have full sized rifles, I don't have any """pistols"""
+ Truer to the Scorpion heritage and submachine gun roots.
Now tell me why I'm a moron and for which points. Thanks guys!
For reference, here's the carbine. Such a pretty gun.
Also, though, I'd definitely go two port compensator on the carbine.

Get the pistol, get a brace, and then get the tax stamps.

For SBR and supressor? Does having a real stock make a big difference over the brace?
>>34957635
Not at all really. My stock is the Magpul one, it is telecopic.
Don't get the signed brace it's gay and doesn't shoulder well.
You know you can shoulder the brace now right?

Right, hopefully that doesn't get overturned again. But no I was just going to go for a normal fixed brace. Has anyone ever given you grief at the range for shouldering a brace?
Thx for first hand info
Bump for second opinion in the am.
>Buy gun
>Yep this is all fine and dandy
>Shoulder it
>Becomes illegal baby killer rifle
Aint even American but holy fuck that's retarded

Nigga that's an AOW

hmm where is this the case, because it's not in America?

retard

Yeah no, the barrel is definitely rifled.
And I believe that a 45° grip is still not a vertical grip, so still a pistol.
