I've always strongly suspected that a .45 Jericho would work with a 10mm Tanfoglio slide (or any other Large Frame slide)
It's probably entirely doable with some fiddling about, though I've never handled both at the same time.
Small frame Tanfos and 9/40 Jerichos can swap slides and damn near everything else, since the Jericho is very closely derived from the design. I doubt IMI designed the .45 from the ground up - it's probably also based on Tanfo.
It would still take some gunsmithing to get a good slide/frame fit and to get the bevel on the front of the slide to match the slant of the Jericho's dust cover.

Not him, but trying to find mags to fit the Jericho is difficult. At least as far as I know. I've had a hunch regular cz-75 mags will work, but I can't find CZ mags in .40 S&W so I'd actually be very happy with glock mags despite disliking glocks generally.

Cz75 mags do infact work. I think I read that its specifically 75b mags that work. I decided i didnt want to try out others so i went with the mecgar 75 b mags and they work flawlessly in my steel jericho
