for Zeon, left guy has what looks like a Daewoo K2 with the stock angle of a vz 58 and a galil magazine, middle guy has a ridiculousjly small jpg-7 like thingy and on the left, that Guy has a Denel NTW-20, or very similar.

left Guy has basically an M4 with a dolos 2 Quick barrel change System middle guy looks like an m14 dar mixed with an m1 caribe, right Guy has a mix between a javelin and an AT4

Most of them are not real, look into the artbooks, the lore on the guns is quite extensive.
Zeon AR isn't really anything. It was probably based off of type 89s primarily, since its a jap property, but there's a bit of STG stamping in the receiver and some Beratta AR70 or M62 vibes in the hand guard
RPG-7
Nothing specific. Gives vague NTW20 vibes (the same gun the halo sniper was based on), but Gundam predates that so probably just fiction.
Carbine M16, maybe M727

MBT LAW I suppose, but could just as easily be fiction.
