I enjoy my PTR in

a lot but I bought it when I had done a bit of research and I figured it was the best .308 semi-auto for the price but now I'm looking at AR-10 type rifles and wondering if I should snag one. I'm thinking a DPMS with a longer barrel than my current 16" and flip up front sights, furniture and a decent optic. Who else is making an AR-10 that I should look at that I'd be better off with?

It's important to note that 9moa at 25 yards isn't huge, the problem is at 50 and 100 that it is still so bad. It isn't a huge deal in a longer range environment as you'll likely be centered on your gun, but for Urban fighting - it could make all the difference.

More study needs to be done on it. In any case, the T-2 solves most of the issues.

I just got my hands on a new EXPS at my local shop and I was more impressed with it than I think I've ever been with an EOTech which was the only thing that really made me start considering it as a replacement to the T1. Looking forward to seeing what L3 puts out.
