Google "bumpsaw," they work far better than you would think.
I'm saving for a belt fed upper, planning on experimenting with binary triggers to accomplish the same thing in a better manner.

Unless it melted in a way that holds the bolt out of battery, which most tubes are designed to avoid this, I'm a bit skeptical of that claim.
