Is it possible to work the bolt of a rifle like the sv-98 in Battlefield 4? Can you just sort of slap the bolt back and forth to cycle the action.

Looks like he's catching it with the web of his thumb and index and cycling it like that. That's how I use my Savage Axis sometimes. It ain't rocket science.
