Need to turn this Glock practical-tactical. What light and what holster should I get?
>>34920724
Streamlight TLR1 HL.
Greenforce Tactical, NSR Tactical, G-Code, or Safariland holster. Just depends what kind of holster you want
>>34920724
Also everyone knows you're not tactical unless you carry 147gr standard pressure ammo. Dump those critical duty's and get you some Gold Dot's, HST's, or PDX1's
XC1 and get a large knife, a stipple job is nice too.

My XC1 doesn't work half the time, and when you're shooting, it either flickers or shuts off altogether
>>34921458
Are you sure you own a real one?
>>34921494
I bought it from Haley Strategic Partners in Scottsdale, so yeah.
>>34921501
Well make sure it wasn't a refurbished or open box, I've seen a lot of people buy one then swap it out for a good looking fake.
>>34921522
That being said if it was real then no its not supposed to do that, I haven't read anything that suggest this is an on-going problem. So far the only problem are the battery drain and the water proof gasket being torn up by holsters. And both problems seems to have been fixed.

I'm sure it's legit, I'm gonna call Surefire tomorrow and see if they can do anything about it. There are people on forums that describe a similar issue, they call Surefire, send it in, and surefire tells them they couldn't replicate the issue
>>34921458
I wouldn't go with an XC1 whether it worked or not. Not bright enough for what I want a weapon light to do. Either full size weapon light or practice shooting with a handheld
>>34921458
That's because surefire is overpriced trash.
>>34921629
Overpriced? Yeah sure. Trash? Eh, it's a minority of the products they offer. I have a DSF 590 that gets banged around literally on a daily basis and it's solid. As far as handhelds go, Elzetta FTW
>>34921679
Idk man, so many people on this board alone complain of issues they've had. Especially with their scout lights.
>>34921706
Is that right? I've been looking at a white/IR scout for my go-to AK. I'll be sure to look into them further

Change factory rear sight for a metal one. The plastic ones break. The metal ones will also allow you to rack the slide off your belt or a wall, one handed, like a true operator
I'm really liking the Inforce APL. I was skeptical after the WML and its fragile housing, but the Gen 2 APL has performed well so far. Plus you get the bonus of not browning your lens after a range session.
>>34921944
Whatever man; It's a VEPR FM. Not like it was a purist AK to begin with
>>34921969
The lense will stick out past the muzzle on a compact like the 19 i think. Your pic is of a full-size 20.
>>34921969
Also, I use chapstick on my lenses, keeps carbon off, and wipes right up.
>>34922084
It does by about an inch, but the lens never gets carbon on it.
>>34922095
That's a good idea. I should try it on my X300.
>>34922116
Yeah works great on my sbr. My light is right next to the muzzle.
>>34922095
Or you can just use flushed lights like a normal person.
>>34922248
So you're saying the inforce sits flush with a Glock 19?
