All I found was this engraving near the bolt action mechanism

Its a sporter enfield.

maybe even commercial.

Seems to be single bullet and cannot find the model instructions to reassemble it

The tang is unmistakably an Enfield, much more than that we would need to see a little more.

Top and bottom of receiver as well as any other markings.

Short Magazine Lee-Enfield Mk.III or Mk.III* rifle. You can see where the charger bridge was cut off. Pic related is what it would have originally looked like in military trim.

Where all that crude stippling is on the side there would have originally been a bunch of British proof and acceptance markings.
