The answer is no, because its fighting aircraft it has no business fighting.
The MiG-21 did well against its era, but was in service for so long that it ended up fighting 4th gen F-15's and F-16's. That is what killed its kill death ratio.

The soviet and Russian missiles have performed like shit, the R-73 had a 12% Pk in combat (including two civilian cessnas and two drones with no defenses), and the R-27 has a sterling 0% Pk, as it only has a 4% Phit.
