those are from a government warehouse full of weapons that the spanish government wanted to get rid of, there were thread on it here a few months ago. This is the spanish government's attempt to look like they're doing something

Jihadis really are dumb. They kept all of this equipment in one place for it all to be discovered at once like this and they couldn't even really do anything with it. The only good reason I can think of is that either they were planning something massive very soon or that they simply didn't have the manpower to carry out an attack utilizing all of this stuff. They seriously could've made an entire army and taken over an entire city with that many weapons.
