having a tank is legal and very fun but make sure you have the proper treads. only rubber treads for the road otherwise you'll have to flatbed it to where ever it needs to be

The AMX-10RC is 2.8 meters wide, which admittedly is a little wider than a normal semi, but not my much, so i dont think that will be a problem.

Weight isnt an issue because of the big tires and due to the fact it has 6 of them, ground pressure wise at least.

Idk about burgerand though, if you can get it road legal or not

Looks like 2.8 may be too wide, max width varies by state as well as length.

I also wouldn't be surprised if you wont be able to get something with a gun like road legal due to the length the gun is sticking out from the vehicle
