Now for your actual question, it depends a lot on what you're selling. With a newer gun like yours that has a decent demand you'll likely move it pretty quickly.

OP, the problem here is that some people will buy a gun, realize it's a lemon, and instead of sending it back to the manufacturer to get it fixed for free, they will sell it on the secondary market to "some chump," simultaneously voiding the warranty, since most warranties are only to the original owner, and really screwing over the second owner, since they now have a funky gun with no warranty. CZ tends to be very high tier in terms of build quality and quality control - I would not hesitate to buy a used CZ; however, I wouldn't say the same about a Sig or a modern Colt - but most people out there don't know that.

Not many options, but if you want to keep it, you might consider some Talon grip tape to cover up the sharp grip checkering. You might also consider very carefully abrading the sharp corners of each of the little checkers on the grip with sandpaper or something so it's less sharp - but be warned if you permanently modify the gun: the value will be depreciated even more.

Others have mentioned it, but as a rule of thumb, anything being sold secondhand with regards to firearms should be AT LEAST 20% less than the CURRENT lowest retail price.

I don't give a shit if you opened the case and coughed on it, it's automatically worth 20% less than the current lowest retail price.

That's why it's always best to trade for guns/accessories as both parties can work to match retail value of their respective items.

I don't know about other markets, but ARs especially better be about 35-40% below low retail pricing right now to have a shot in hell of a cash sale around here.

Pistols, if in like new condition, are still about 20% off to actually have them move in a cash sale.
