>muh HK space age groundbreaking innovation
>fatter than an M4A1
>heavier than an M4A1
>shitty proprietary fake keymod even tho it's been objectively proven that even real keymod sucks compared to M-LOK or even plain old rails
>looks like an ACR with fetal alcohol syndrome
>literally nothing here that hasn't been done years ago by other, better gun designers
And yet HKfags will still hail it as the second coming of Jesus Fucking Christ.

Sure, it'll be better than the G36. But that's a pretty low bar.

You sound very upset over something trivial.

>German govt dont want to pay for it
from what i read

German Gov bought the Steyr AR-15 with AUG barrel
>>
Will it melt like a G36?
>>
>>34901984
They haven't bought either yet, its a trial first.

Looks like a ripoff of a SCAR.

Guess if the Germans can't beat em, might as well copy the Belgians.

What do you expect? They're germans; boot-licking is in their blood.

Yup, truely they're trying their hardest

That was the some guy from Recoil magazine who said that. Hk blasted him over it.

Irony is dead.

>Instead make tooling to produce a shitty neutered G36 in Germany to export
Yup, I'm sure they'd never be able to make any of their popular rifles state side
>Hk blasted them
Oh with this milquetoast response?
>The contents, opinions, and statements expressed in that feature story are those of the writer, not Heckler and Koch’s
>HK-USA has previously researched introducing similar commercial products, chambered in 4.6 mm, but it was determined that the final product would not have enough appeal or be legally feasible
I wonder how is that more successful companies like Fn and Sig Sauer are able to provide us with what Hk claims is not feasible?

Yeah how dare companies make other guns than fucking meme-15s

They will decide on the new gun only next year.

Would be non-restricted in Canada with an 18.5+" barrel. Being HK, I doubt it'll be less than 3k, though.

Is your dick really that small that you have to compensate by autistically screeching about how much weight you can carry?

Lighter weight actually benefits you MORE if you're stronger, but being an overweight keyboard commando who's probably never marched under load in his life, you wouldn't know that.

full automatic fire doesn't mean you magdump multiple magazines as fast as you can. there is not a single service rifle in the world designed for that.

>>34902111
Your picture sure proves that plastic can get mangled when you put an angle grinder to it, good job. Yet the only evidence that the G36 has a problem with shifting poi ever came from classified, internal tests that were miraculously leaked to the german media, who take any chance at manufactured drama they get and just happen to shit on HK constantly because muh ebil saltguns. Meanwhile there hasn't be a single real world complaint, neither by the german military itself (which also concluded that the poi shift in tests was because of faulty ammo), civilians and youtubers who reviewed the rifle, shooting ranges like Battlefield Vegas, not even by german special forces, who above all else would probably know about a problem.

Which itself is influenced by the G36. Everyone making extruded aluminum upper, polymer lower (FN, HK, B&T, Remington, CZ, etc.) rifles now, anyway. Seems to be the new paradigm.
>>
>>34902737
Here's hoping. The HK243 was classified Prohibited, despite real G36 being Non-Restricted.

The 416 and 417 were put on the civilian market first. They also had US production set up before hand. The 416 was never adopted by the German military anyway.

It was mentioned on CGN, if you look it up. FRT entry was Prohib. Too easy to convert to full auto. (You know, if you have a full auto G36 on hand to use the parts of.) The bullshit excuse they always use.

What's with this new posture fad of contorting your back and neck into unnatural positions?
>>
>>34903311
>>34903266
It's not about firing hundreds of rounds before it catches on fire, it's about a G36 being used for sustained fire (the role of a machine gun) suffering an accuracy loss after the fact.

I'd buy at least 2

more to the point, a very significant accuracy loss. The reports were something like ~60-70 MOA levels of accuracy. Not even Minute of Man out past 100 meters.
