I'm looking for a good online retailer. Anyone have favorites? Sportsman's Guide seems to have a solid price, even before their discount club shit.

Are people on here still boycotting CTD from like 5 years ago lol? Like that episode of Seinfeld where Kramer has been on bagel strike for a decade
>>
>>34895486
I still think about it when looking on gun.deals and see a CTD listing. Kinda thinking of not using Buds either because they're stupid twats that list cash price just to get higher on aggregator sites. Who the fuck is gonna pay cash online when card is simpler? Buds also tries to jew you by making you bid on stuff that's in demand instead of just selling out.

Also OP; JGSales, Atlantic Firearms, Classic Firearms, KVar, Midway are all pretty popular.
>>
>>34895392
I've had good experiences with Classic Firearms and the Kentucky Gun Company.
>>
I have no issue with Bud's. The cash price thing is kinda stupid, but otherwise they generally have pretty decent deals and quick shipping.
Also grabagun and gunbuyer are pretty good.
>>
I mostly use AIM. Good prices, quick shipping, and they have most things I need. If they don't have it, I go to Sportsman's Guide or CTD if I can't find what I need elsewhere.
>>
I bought one gun from Buds. Good service but the site is pretty stupid. It looks old as fuck and they're probably proud of it not looking all fancy. I'm also annoyed at all of the items not in stock that they keep around to match searches. It discourages me from looking for guns that they do have.

I bought two guns from Impact Guns. Service was fine and they had my new-ish FFL already on file.
>>
Sportsmansguide is my regular. Their customer service has been good, their shipping is consistent, and pretty much always free if you check for promos, and their 4 pay plan is great for poorfags like me. Their prices aren't the best but they aren't bad either. A lot of the time I'd rather pay 10-20 dollars more there but not have to worry about whatever bullshit Palmetto State Armory might throw my way in the shipping process.

Outdoor Limited has good ammo deals too. Their website looks like of sketchy at first but I haven't had any problems with them.
>>
Atlantic Firearms has top notch customer service anf same with Arms of America.

I've bought one gun from AIM, and they got it to me fast, so I would definitely give yhem a thumbs up too.

Mostly I just trawl through gunbroker looking for good deals, and have had good luck so far, but you've got to go though a lot of stupid sometimes to find the gems.

>I'm looking for a good online retailer.
I read this as:
>I'm looking for a way to think I'm saving 10% over a retail store while trying to ignore the fact that I'm having to pay a lot more than that in FFL fees, shipping fees, as well as time and effort. I am a stupid fuck with no concept of money.
>>
Sgammo.com is premium for ammo in common loadings. Good prices and they can get 60 lbs of ammo to my door in 3 days standard shipping.

Actually no tripfaggot, some of the retailers anons provided had savings of over 100+ after fees and shipping for what I'm looking for. But don't let that concern you, keep being a nigger with a persona on an anonymous image board.
>>
>>34896063
Considering my average transaction price for firearms is north of 2k and the relative dearth of 200 dollar ffl fees, I'm ok with the 10%.
>>
>>34896098
Also they seem to always have leo packed HST in stock for a fraction of brick and mortar retail. Like 38 to 43 cpr for 9mm.
>>
>>34896098
I've bought close to 10 thousand rounds from sgammo. The prices are reasonable regardless if you buy a lot or a little.

A buddy of mine sometimes buys from tropgun.com and hasn't had any issues.

>>
>>34896063
I literally saved $75 total by buying online
>>
>>34895392
I'm a big fan of Primary Arm's store (and their optics). Reddit's /r/gundeals will typically point you in the direction of great deals and discounts.
>>
I buy ammo from ammofast, flat rate shipping that doesn't take forever and a day either
>>

J&G Sales. They got some pretty good deals usually.

>>
>>34895392
For guns, grabagun.com sometimes has some really good deals. I think it was a mistake on their part, but they had stripped Ruger AR-556 lowers listed for $27.57. Bought two immediately, should have bought more.

Just last week I got a VP9 with factory tritium night sights with 3 mags (plus the +4 rebate) shipped for $499, $20 FFL fee. FFL told me "you know, I can get these too" and I asked his price, would have been $675.

>>
>>34898973
Exactly. I understand supply and demand, but purposely cancelling peoples orders so that they can restock items at a ridiculous price is just shit practice.
>>
>>34896063
Jesus you're retarded, most B&M have prices maybe $50 less than MSRP, whereas online it's as much as $400 off. You must be cucked if $10 shipping(if not free) and $15 transfer fee isn't the norm for you.
>>
>>34896185
As mentioned the price gouging, the also stopped selling ARs for a few days after Sandy Vag saying they weren't gonna sell salt rifles anymore, then once people started frothing at the mouth they relisted the rifles on their site at double the price to jew people harder amid the panic.
>>
>>34895392
I know Bud's and Classic Firearms don't have a lot of fans here, but I've snagged good deals from both with no issues.

Good deals from J&G and AIM as well.
I've gotten some of my very best buys from CDNN, and bought a crazy cheap new Sig P220 from Kentucky Gun Co.
>>
>>34899796
This is shit, but if you were selling your car for $5,000 and before you handed over the keys someone offered you $6,000, you'd do the same. Hate the retarded people who overpay, don't hate a for-profit company for choosing profits
>>
>>34900422
Fwiw I've only ever bought guns in-person but I browse buds every so often. I might buy through them if I buy an ar because I've never been impressed by customer service in store
>>
>>34900422
No, you honor your side of the deal with some fuckin integrity. A company that'll do something like that doesn't deserve your business and should rightfully die, but this can only happen by voting with your dollar and not buy from them.
>>
>>34900422
>someone offered you $6,000, you'd do the same
Actually no, I wouldn't do that. I would honor the deal I made with someone. You made the choice to accept someone's deal. A man should have the integrity and decency to follow through on the deal he agreed to. Shifty jews and shitskins do the opposite.

People replying 'gouging' alone are underage retards.

They canceled outstanding, already-paid-for-in-stock orders and told the buyers to eat shit and pay the new price.
>>
>>34900457
>>34900556
Meh. I've been there, done that. People I sold shit to are not my friends, I don't owe them anything. If I had taken their money as seems to be the case with CTD then I agree it's wrong. I guess my apparent misunderstanding was whether CTD had already taken money. When I sold to a higher bid, no money had changed hands and I always stress that we don't have a deal until money is in my hand.

>People I sold shit to are not my friends
It's not so much about them as it's about having personal integrity. I try to do the right thing, whether or not someone is looking or I'll ever see the person again is irrelevant. Even if money hasn't changed hands yet. Why would I give a shit? Because I'm not a nigger who lacks empathy. I wouldn't want someone doing something shitty like that to me, why would I do it to others?

But don't mind that, GET DAT MONEY NIGGA WE AIN'T GOT NO DEEL TILL DAT MONEY CHANGE HANDS CUZ FUK DEM NIGGAS.

People have pretty much stayed away from CTD even before their antics in the ammo glut of the Obama administration.

Their customer service is horrible, their retail personnel are utter jackasses, and they seldom have the cheapest price available for whatever product it is you're trying to buy.

I live about 20 minutes away from their store. I never bother going there. I can find what I need cheaper and with better employees and store policies at Academy, or Grab a Gun, Cabela's... pretty much anywhere else.

CTD is pretty much just for mallninjas, hicks, conspiracy wierdos, and people too dumb to shop around
>>
>>34900948
Well, yeah.
Selling a thing at one price, then cancelling the order and raising the price is absolutely, totally nigger-teir.

And that's exactly what CTD did. A nigger move.

Not that that one thing is the reason to avoid them. Just have a look at their customer reviews all over the internet. Basically, the only place you'll find a good review of CTD is on their own website. They basically just couldn't stop being nigger-tier if they tried.

>Hey, this stuff is wrong. Could you guys send me X and I'll send this back?
>Yeah, sure. Hold one a second.
>Wait a few minutes.
>Come back.
>Keep all that stuff, we'll just send you the right product.

It was like 50 or 60 bucks worth of shit. They won my business.
>>
>>34901042

I'd hate to agree with fucking Zed, but it is the case.

Lets not forgot when any of their items are ""cheap"" they turn around and rape you with shipping. Because it cost 15 bucks to ship a hexkey amiright?

Purchased on GunBroker for 950, free shipping, and a $30 FFL fee. Cheapest LGS has it for 1299.99 plus tax. You either own a local gun store or are new to the game.
>>
>>34901255
You got a good deal on a great rifle. Congrats.
But you still have a data point of one, and my point still stands. LGS stores typically have the WORST prices anywhere, so no, I'm not shilling for the LGS.

I'm saying you're usually better off buying locally than paying shipping and FFL fees. Usually.
>>
>>34901742
Nigger it's called comparison shopping. OP never said he was 100% buying from an online store. You projected all your retarded assumptions on an innocuous post. Fuck off you stupid narcissistic faggot. You post simply to jerk yourself off.
>>
>>34901742
You're rarely better off buying from an LGS considering my FFL fee is 15 bucks.

The type of guns I buy are the ones that you won't find in your everyday LGS,
let me know if you ever happen to stumble upon a complete Mauser C96 for $1300 in your LGS.
