I own one, at 600 rounds the ejector pin walked out and bent, they sent a new one for free. At 1000 rounds the firing pin just straight up broke, they sent another one as well. Two days ago it triple fed after the second mag since i replaced the firing pin. It's a cool gun, but I wouldn't trust my life to it.

i've followed this gun for about a year now as I'm tempted to buy it. this is the first i've heard of anyone having issues with it.

Now that being said, the gun shoots phenomenally 95% of the time. Very low recoil impulse, perfectly balances on the grip when loaded, very accurate. You can shoot it one handed and ring steel at 100 yards. I love the gun, but there are things to be worked out. Currently trying to do this to it.

do you happen to have any of the firing pins left? id be curious to look at them and see what blemishes/ marks are on them. might give some insight into what caused the pin to walk.

These mags have worked for ever, I really don't know what it was. I did have feed issues with gen 3 30 round pmags, the rounds wouldnt get stripped off when it cycled

sadly I dont see any thing off the first pic that tells me anything insightful.

im not an expert on firing pin wear. or the ar-18 for that matter. the break seems in the expected location. id try different brand of ar-18 pin and if it breaks again sadly its probably the gun and not the pin.
