Looks like an Aimpoint PRO with a modified rear cover.
Also P90 vs MP7, which would you prefer?

It seems like the MP7 would be easier to handle and reload, no idea if there's any appreciable difference between the two meme-DW cartridges.

I'm guessing it's an older Aimpoint CompM3

Neither, because they're both bad when all options are considered. If I was forced to, it would have to be the P90 purely due to magazine capacity.

Yea but with the p90 mag you get 50 rounds and it still fits flush, I think it all comes down to what you want to use it for. For a close security detail where you need an smg that can stay under your coat but quickly be deployed the p90 is probably better since you don't have to deploy a stock and you've got a 50 rd mag where presumably the mp7 would need to use a shorter mag for concealment reasons. For use by uniformed cops on the street either will probably do. These are both defensive operations though. Now for the rare operator who will actually be going into a situation where they are actually looking for trouble like SOF or a police entry team I think the mp7 and it's quicker reload would probably provide an advantage.

Both are chambered in shitty meme rounds that find little use anywhere. They're not good firearms.
They serve their role for police forces because anything that makes a loud noise will do, but they're not perfect for even that application.

Weren't they originally designed for vehicle crews so they could have something that was a step up from a pistol and had some AP capabilities but without the size issues of a full rifle? I think the issue is people are looking at these things to fill a role an smg was simply never meant to occupy.

I would prefer the P90, I own a PS90 and like the ergonomics, ammo capacity and size dimension. I do hate how heavy it feels due to the retarded bolt design, and the only reason it feels heavier than it looks and feel is because its all plastic design throws me off, at least when I first held it.

Why isn't this available to the civilian market?
>>34890892
Probably a combination of German and US laws and HK doing HK stuff.

An SMG would be preferable to a .22 hose, if barely

Yeah, just like the AR-15, right?

German export laws and ATF fuckery. Maybe we'll see it when HK finishes their factory, if the ATF decides to play nice with them for once.
