What is this vehicle and is it good?
It's turkshit, move along.

FNSS Pars
My country builds a vehicle derived from them called AV8, haven't heard much about them yet even after being deployed to region bordering Duterteland but its unlikely for pirates lurking that area to engage something with 25mm.
From the evaluation trial
Cavalry with 30mm and Ingwe
Will the Turkish army get the Pars or Arma?
So far FNSS has bagged Malaysia and Oman. Otokar's scored the UAE and Bahrain.
>>34889194
Does Turkey needs to pass a lot of rivers for both options to have amphibious capability?
I thought the country is mostly plains and mountains.
Given Turkey's deteriorating relationship with the West and rapid need for armament due to terrorism, they should dropped folly plans and just buy Chinese.
>>34889288
10 yuan have been deposited in your account Mr.Zhang
>>34889288
The roach doesnt even deserve superior Chinese systems.
Maybe if they hand back all Uighur seperatist leaders that they shelter along with their families (dead or alive), China may consider.
As of now, Turkshit are just a nuisance for both East and West.
>>34889543
>>34889543
so china are only now getting something analogous to the bradly?
>>34889784
that looks like easy to break
>>34889543
looks like a CV90 copy
>>34889837
but we made a tiny metal hutches to cover the windows!
>>34889866
not convincing me here
SUPERIOR PROTECTION
>>34889880
Mb this? Also you can put slaves there for transport and/or more defence!
>>34889288
honestly where did this meme even come from? Does anyone actually buy chinese stuff rather than their russian counterparts?
And what's your opinion on these?
>>34889854
I think its a Bradley ripoff. And a very halfassed one at that
>>34889944
No one. But China rip-offs was always one of the 'better' ones.
>>34889932
That turret looks like a fucking bobble head
>>34889971
It's more like Bradley done good.
>>34889976
Is china even willing to sell?
>>34889789
>>34889988
>t. Pentegon wars meme
>>34889982
So hard to please you..
>>34890024
At least that one dosnt have a pencil neck
>>34890014
Too epic.
>>34890024
thats better than the Giraffe turret
>>34890109
Ay least theyre being honest with its performance
>>34888168
>No APS -> another target
Interesting drivers periscopes. Why didn't such used before?
>>34889955
Basically the Patria. Very excellent.
>>34889835
Kinda analogue to the Kurganets.
The VN-17 has an unmanned turret and gunner/commander steer it with AR-googles.
And got two HJ-12 Sino-Javelins for ATGM.
>>34889955
They did very well in Afghanistan. Us poles love them, lots of mods & new versions have been designed.
>>34889971
>bradley ripoff
>When modern IFVs are literally all the same besides notable examples like the BMP3
Name one thing that makes the bradley special or superior to any modern IFV.
>>34891305
I'm interested in their Type 59-based Heavy IFV.
The PLA still has about 2300 Type 59s... If they could convert just a few hundred of them to heavy IFVs, their mechanized groups would gain quite the punch.
>>34891305
more like CV90
kurganets is way too unique
>>34892260
Similiar features with the unmanned turret and the option to add the GL-5 APS.
But yeah, the hull is CV90 styled, as in it uses a common chassis based on a light tank design (hence the broad tracks of the VN-17).
>>34892260
Nigga what, there is nothing about the Kurganets that makes it really "unique".
The layout is exactly the same as any other IFV and it's armament follows the standard. The only thing that is notable is the APS and remote turret, which is the natural course of IFV/APC development, so it's not "unique".
>>34891305
>>34892284
>>34892303
How's this like Kurganets? It's literally CV90
>>34892339
>visual similiarity
>feature similiarity
there is a difference.
>>34892349
>take CV90 take era take shitty 2005 tier gun module with 2 shitty atgms=kurganets
yeah no
>>34892373
Telescoped ammo may be 90s, but its pretty good concept.
Also, the missiles are anything but shitty. Their fire and forget top attack profile alone makes that IFV a proper tank hunter.
>>34892339
It's not, but all modern IFVs are functionally the same. So saying one is a copy or is another IFV is retarded.
