You are literally describing the SSC version of the Freedom class, so I'm not sure what the fuck your point is.

Freedom class has AESA radar and SeaRAM now. SSC adds baby-Aegis and could add as much as a 32 cell VLS if they use the whole mission module, though at that point a person would be free to question why you don't just use a Burke.
