Why did no one ever thought about this? its perfect.
The hydro static shock would make the kid mash and force fragments of the hull inside a building, basically acting like a frag, but with no explosive required, reducing the price significantly, since african kids are basically free.
Also the 8.11km/s of delta v would make this 24kg projectile (african kid included) pierce any modern tank, acting like a AP-HE but with a more controlled explosion.
Its also very easy to manufacture since it would only require a thick Vanadium-Chromium Steel AP cap, fluorine and hydrogen tanks and a african child, the last one being very abundant and almost free of charge.
Its environment-friendly, cheap, effective, and most importantly: it would help the world get rid of the undesirables. Its the perfect AE (anti-everything) missile and no one ever thought about it.
