What do you concealed carry? What's the best super small, easily-concealable, reliable gun for daily carry?
>>34883593
Glock 26
>>34883593
Recently, I've been CCing a USP9c or a CZ-83, though I'm in the market for a true pocket pistol with a wallet holster. Would be nice if someone made a wallet holster for a CPX-2, since I already have one of those pieces of shit.
>>34883593
CZ RAMI 9mm
>>34883604
This.
>but it's not small!!
Shootability and effectiveness are the most important factors in a conceal carry gun, not how comfortable it is. That being said, the Glock 26 and Glock 19 strike a good balance of concealability and shootability.
Most people who opt for single stack 9mm's are not willing to dress around the gun and flat out do not experiment with different holsters, belts, wedges if AIWB and positioning.

It's kinda expensive to get a bunch of different belts and holsters anon, and just trying it out at the store isnt always representative of how comfy it will be day to day

First step is to buy a hammerless revolver. The rest is easy and probably has a youtube video to explain it better.

ccw with a glock also helps if you aren't some fat fuck. this isn't exclusive to glocks, but most ccw as well.
as long as you have pants that can fit the gun (waist is big enough), wear your pants pulled up over your ass, and have a gun belt worn tight enough to hold everything up, it's really not that bad.

>>34884785
Tell me about this one, anon.
I've been looking at a PPS M1 since my bigger carry is a P99 and I figured I should go for something similar, but smaller. How well does it shoot and conceal? I've seen some people saying that it's a little tall even with the small mag.
S&W sd9ve with apex trigger or my Glock 36. Also in winter I sometimes carry my Berreta m9 in a shoulder holster.
>>34884860
I love it. Definitely taller than a G43 and possibly even the M2. Conceals wonderfully with the right holster. It's a very sturdy and reliable pistol. German space magic somehow makes it handle like a gun twice its size at the range. 1,000+ rounds and no issues so far.

>>34884084
What's the problem with a safety on a ccw?
>>34885058
It's for retards who don't understand firearms. Guns don't just go off unless you pull the trigger. Also another added action needed to get the gun into action in the event you need to use it. Takes a lot of range time and drills to get disengaging the safety on the draw right, and even that doesn't guarantee if you will do it in an adrenaline pumping situation.
>>34885170
Just don't keep the safety engaged?
Got my shield 9 for $50 less because it was the one with the safety. Calm down spergie.

I'm looking for AIWB holster options for a Shield in 9mm. I'm a spazatron about printing so I want something with a claw on it.
Where are the good places to holster a CCW?
Hi-Point 45 here
>>34885260
Then have you even looked? Glocks have no safeties. All of the M&P Shields have a safety or no-safety option.
>>34885288
There are always internal safeties, which is what the anon was getting at I'm sure
>>34885279
Pick a place that's comfortable and is easy to draw from. These include:
Appendix (this includes all of the front half of the waist)
3/9 o'clock depending on handedness
5 or 5:30
Small of the back (6 o'clock)
The Urban carry holsters hold your gun in a pouch that sits on your thigh, inside your pant legs
The ankle

>>34886523
how is it b8? why not go for 9mm?
P-07 with an x300u-a on it. If I can't do that for whatever reason just a naa 22 magnum in my pocket.
>>34884704
I have a custom II as well. It's an excellent gun.
>>34886711
Why not go for .380 then instead of 9mm? Why not go for .32 instead of .380? It's all about preference. I shoot .45 better than 9mm because I have giant hands so recoil is like a .22 for me.
>>34887059
Because neither the .380 or .32 reliably meets FBI standards on ballistics which is more or less the only respectable medium we have for measuring the effectiveness of a cartridge?
>>34887095
Or, you know. Quit going full autism over ballistics tests and look at real crime stats. For decades the high majority of people murdered by firearms were killed by .32 and .25. Modern pistol loads are a lot better than back then. A .380 out of a full sized pistol compared to 9mm is a negligible difference. It's all about shot placement.
>inb4 "shot placement is a meme"
No, it's actually the only thing that matters when it comes to pistols. Also the fbi is a joke. They said that holding a revolver one handed and bending over while shooting from the hip was the best way to shoot accurately. They also did a ton of "ballistics" testing the same as they did for 9mm and they switched to .40 for years. They aren't reliable information and withhold a lot of their data from us about how they came up with their results. I bet the flavor of 2020 will be them switching to 10mm.
>>34887252
Let's not forget .40SW only exists thanks to FBI cucking 10mm Auto just for them to turn around and say ".40 is shit, we are going back to 9mm, even though we said it was worse than .40SW".
Hell if it weren't for the fact the revolvers are no longer popular in the LEO/Fed community you know full well they would issue .357Mag.

LCP custom is a range toy with a much lighter trigger on a gun without a safety and taller sights that will snag. You are considering carrying this without a holster. Get a regular (second gen) LCP unless you want to shoot your dick off.
Glock 42 w/ trigger guard +2 mag extension pocket carry. You can conceal it in a pair of basketball shorts.

Had mine on my belt for... 6 years now. Sometimes I think about getting something smaller but really I can't find anything better. It shoots just like a big glock and uses all the same mags. It is great.
>>34885170
It takes less time to flip the safety on a Shield than it does to fuck with the serrations. Condition One carry is GOAT, but because glockfags can't do it (because their gun is marketed towards street thugs who can't figure out a safety), they get mad sour grapes.

Smallest that I carry is either Glock 26 or Walther PPS gen1
P938 or P320 compact (inb4 it explodes). Really want to carry my P226 but I'm not sure I can IWB carry it comfortably as it's a heavy German version. Any suggestions?
what i want is something the size of a walther ppk, but in 9mm. needs to be DA/SA.
Does it exist??
>>34889652

I've been considering getting an FN Five-seven as my first concealed carry. Dunno if the ammo cost is worth it, to be honest.
LCP2
Very comfy, very concealable, not a fun shoot but when the time comes I can use it effectively
>All pictures are too big
Fuck me, have a meme
I roll an LCP 380. I prefer pocket carry and that's the only thing small enough to fit into my back pocket without scaling down to 32 or 25. I had a G43 before that, but it was just a hair too long and the back end always peeked out of my pocket.
>>34891950
ruger lc9
>>34883604
I didn't like the 26 until I went to AIWB, I bought the 26 and hated it and left it unused for a little over a year and stuck to my shield. Now that I've been trying AIWB, the 26 is better than the shield and I see why it's so recommended.
>>34891950
Bersa Thunder 9mm Ultra Compact.
Bersas are pretty good, I've got one of their older .22s, comfortable and ergonomic. Their PPK-clone-ish line are DA/SA with decocking safety switch, unsure if the Thunder ultracompact has decocker or if it's just regular safety.
>>34892088

>>34883639
Rami is fucking stupid. I love my 75 and all, but held the Rami in the shop, and mentally compared it to my shield and g26, and it is so much heavier without offering much benefit. Shootability is nice, but the extra weight only seems to marginally help over polymer.
>>34892115
>>34891950
Correction: That's a Bersa FireStorm, not a Thunder. Thunder I think is only 380

You have to be a twink for the weight to be a real issue. I weigh 125lbs and carry one with a spare mag every day.
