You literally cannot own a sharp knife. In regards to citizen vs Police in terms of availability of equipment that's like the fucking SAS.

There are women in delta force and seal team 6 that assist men in AFO recon-- where it would provide the operators a better cover profile to be seen together and not alone.

At least for Delta women have their own selection style course but being accepted for the job relies more on psychological profiles.
