Nice, but unfortunately I'm more sure than ever that your knife is a fake. Either that or the bottom spacer has been subjected to something ridiculous that made it shrink which would also explain the fucked up blade. It also looks like 3mm instead of 4 but I can't really tell.

At the very least I feel like you got screwed and should probably get your money back.

Says ka bar olean ny. My previous bent photos were misleading the bend is pretty small. But previous owner clearly got rid of it cause he bent it.

It is carbon steel so it bends instead of breaking. You can put it in a vise and bend it back like I did to my Camillus. Be careful not to break it. If you do it is not my fault.

If the blade is damaged just go to ebay and open a return case. This has happened to me a few times and I've never had any issues doing this when a product is damaged or not as described; the seller has always just issued a refund without even making me return the item.
