No. People have used the Ruger Charger (a 10/22 built and sold as a pistol) and attached cut-down 10/22 stocks for that "eagle head" kind of grip. There are also custom made flintlock pistol style grips that you can drop your 10/22 Charger pistol into.

I've once saw an episode of LAPD that called a sawed-off 10/22 a shotgun.
