No they'll just arrest you. There is no such thing as a shoulder brace you just made that up and are expecting everyone else to be as dumb as you. Arm braces are a thing but where the fuck you pulled the profound ignorance of "shoulder brace" from I have no idea. In short the answer is FUCK NO, not only is this illegal but you will most definitely be arrested because it is very obviously illegal and everyone but you knows it and will be able to tell immediately. I don't know where you go the idea that this shoulder stock could somehow be a brace but I really don't understand how you seem to think that cops are informed enough to know about ATF rulings on pistol braces but at the same time ignorant enough to think that this obvious butt stock is not a butt stock but a brace in spite of the fact it is clearly designed to be shouldered and has no provision to hold the weapon in any other way.
