For shits and giggles im thinking of creating my own sleeve gun rig, and i was wondering if the atf would be up my ass because of their fucked definition of stocks on pistols, could be it considered a brace as it would connect to my forearm, or would it be a dog killer?

I think it would be considered a brace. It functions identically to a Sig brace. That being said, wallet holsters constitute NFA items when combined with a firearm. I suspect it's a gray sort of area. It doean't seem to disguise the fact it is a weapon, function as a stock, or anythingike that. Should be okay.
