I think those massive tank engagements will probably not be able to be filmed properly, small skirmishes maybe, but having all those different tanks will take much of the budget. You would need T55's, T72's, T80's, BTR's, BMP's, Mi24's, Mi8's and probably subvariants only to show the eastern side. Then you can start on the NATO side, which is even more costly, due to more diverse weaponsystems. Leo 1's Leo 2's, Chieftains, M60's, M1's, Cobra's, M113's, Humvee's etc. And then the cot of fuel, and getting the people living in germany to accept such things...

But yeah, i would love to watch such a thing. CGI tends to be heartless.
