So, the end of the Yugo is ribbed for your shooting pleasure. It's a "grenade launcher," meant for rifle grenades. When you flip up the front ladder sight, there's a valve on the gas block that shuts the gas system off, sending all gas down the barrel. It's used with a blank round, rather than a live round.

The bore itself is not chrome lined, so clean it promptly after shooting corrosive milsurp.

It can also be used with American surplus grenade adapters, which will hold hand grenades, tennis balls, or Kong balls, for the best game of "fetch" ever.
