In Germany not a day goes by without stories in newspapers about women getting sexually molested or police getting attacked by family clans whenevr they fine some mudslime for the slightest shit, like a parking infraction. It regularly ends up with dozens of police involved and roads closed. Admittedly it's not so bad where I live (Bavaria) because it's the most conservative German state by far and the laws are pretty harsh, and they are implemented harshly as well.

This claim is meaningless without saying what scale it's on. If that's local papers reporting on local events then that's a serious problem. It it's papers reporting on national events, then that means those events are rare enough to actually be newsworthy (just like some cities in the US make the news when they have weekends where people aren't shot).
