The one feature I'd want is adjustable gas settings so you could fire 147 grain and get that extra bit of kinetic energy.

The ported barrel and suppressor on the SD series is designed to reduce the velocity of standard nato 9mm to subsonic and then suppress the blast.

You can have issues using 147 subsonic ammo.
