When we make it, metallic hydrogen. Fill a copper jacketed tungsten (or osmium, is there for weight mostly) bullet with metallic hydrogen (density theorized to be 0.6 g/ml) and an anvil of some kind, maybe with a primer, depending on resultant stability. Upon impact, the inner core of the bullet will rapidly undergo a state change into a gas, a massive increase in volume. The jacket will fragment outwards and cause minor damage as well. The only explosive residue left will be that of the primer, and water vapor if the conditions are right for that to occur. In addition to all of this, being a room temperature superconductor, the metal could also be used to jacket railgun projectiles, which may lead to higher resultant velocities. And, as mentioned, it's eco-friendly, so the Geneva convention can go fuck themselves.

Too light, undesirable properties such as semi irregular latices that result in irregular cleavage angles if not pure. Recommend artificially polymerized graphite or rolled/coiled graphene for regularity and repeatability concerns.

I konda regret knowing that that an art pencil such as that uses kaolin clay to make the lead softer or harder, so it's not pure graphite.

I mean, it's conductive, I guess, but that's about the end of its interesting properties. Can't you hit it with a shovel and it just shatters off into big chunks?

Why not use granite or something instead?
