"Kent International Airport", aka RAF Manston, is not currently operable, but still has a runway long enough that it used to be a designated alternate for Concorde. Location also houses RAF Fire and Rescue training.
Dover is a major port, Folkstone now has Eurotunnel, both targets due to logistical importance.
Brighton would be tertiary target at best, more likely to be damaged by offtarget strikes aimed at Gatwick.
