There's a c96 I see at every local gun show with a similarly atrocious replacement grip. They want like $800 for it or I'd consider a rescue.

This is definitely a Bubba stern build. But a Sten wasn't necessarily destroyed in the process.


I'm far more curious as to how he fit the Semi Automatic bolt & firing pin inside. The whole Firing pin setup on Stens are nearly the length of the entire bolt. With the firing pin cocked back, the entire assembly (plus the bolt) are about two bolts in length.

To be honest, I don't think Bubba did and that this is an illegal FA firearm; with a fixed firing pin.
