so I have a question for the glockfags:
The polymer80 glock19 frame looks pretty cool and seems easy enough without truckloads of negative issues (yet, I guess)
With the advent of the polyer80 frames, all the factory upper stuff has kind of shot up in price. I forgot which big glock site, but I remember an assembled factory upper for a g19 was $400~.
At that point, buying separate parts and mix/matching aftermarket stuff seems more "cost effective" (que people laughing about upgrading a glock) than buying a complete factory upper and changing it out later on. So my question is, what are parts that I should buy aftermarket?
>Sights
>Trigger
>Barrel, mainly the thing I personally want
is all I got so far.
Any suggestions on brands?

pf940 v1 was a defective piece of shit. I heard pf940c v1 has similar problems, but didn't investigate too much since butthurt about the pf940. Unknown if pf940 v2 is better. If it is, maybe there'll be a pf940c v2.

You can buy a glock parts kit of gunbroker. They usually end up around $200-300. They're mostly police trade ins.
