iotv is probably what you're looking for. There are Russian ones that are similar but im not familiar with what theyre called.
Not groin or lower back plate, but there is Kevlar there, and you could jury rig a plate onto the groin and lowerback panels. What people don't realize is that 75% of the time cqb combatants get shot in the hand. And theres no commercially available way to prevent that.
