This could be the only answer depends on where you live. In many countries where guns are illegal, you can have them as long as you don't get caught with one doing something else that's not legal.

For instance Mexico, and everything South of the Border, getting a gun isn't hard, neither is getting ammunition, but both are mostly illegal. As long as you keep it in your house don't tell your friends it only use it for self-defense or an emergency and not main hobby your g2g

Many countries in Europe owning guns is actually legal and can be a hobby, and tractor can be your main Hobby just like in the United States it just takes an extra work and not being a scumbag.

I don't know about most Asian countries however, I don't think it's very easy to get guns in China or Japan or Korea but I could be wrong.

Guns are easy to get in Africa and greater Asia such as India and Russia and everything in between, but they can be prohibitively expensive, accessories are non-existent.
