Try and look between the underside of the bolt and the receiver. See if you can find the lever that the trigger on the Tikka would actuate. You'll need to find a flathead screwdriver or something to press that forward.

Once it's uncocked it should come right out.

Lube it up well with gun and penetrating oil. Grab a punch set or a wooden dowel and punch the bolt out. I've had this happen to me as well with a M24/7 and a Kar98k.

Sorry. I got that confused.

Decocking the tikka bolt requires rotating the bolt shroud (basically the rear portion of the bolt) clockwise. See this video @ 0.34. Ignore the tool, you can do it with your hands and an old t-shirt.

Unscrew and remove the extractor on the left side of the receiver. You cannot remove the bolt because the extractor is in the way.
