lol never seen this before - it is a spot-on custom weapon for a Cable cosplay. liefeld, bro.

It looks like it's basically just a fantasy KRISS Vektor carbine (with a wood stock, which is great) featuring an underslung grenade launcher made for an AR (attached by a welded-on AR barrel shroud that doesn't actually wrap the barrel) and optical sight. It's also got an enormous muzzle break styled on anti-material rifles / cannons.
