Well, it's certainly not the only way to live your life, but it's certainly a good one.
Maybe I'm a bit jaded, but when I look around me, I see a lot of people who have to take a whole lot of shit from their partner just to make things work and have to sacrifice so much for their kids that I just don't think it's worth trying to live my life their way.
