Would you, /k/?
Would rather kill myself
>>34778826
They are badly made and terribly unreliable.
But I really want a small Jimenez or Raven and will buy one if i ever find it for the right price.
>>34778851
But would you kill yourself using it?
>>34778826
Anything from Jennings, Raven or Jimenez arms is a piece of fucking shit. There is a reason the fucking ATF OF ALL THINGS said the J22 is dangerous to the user!
>>34778866
Would rather not
>>34778826
Got one for $80. They're a hoot and a fantastic melee weapon.
>>34778826
company aside
>6 round mag with rounds that make the snakarov look good
im sure there's a fuck ton of other things wrong with it.
>>34778866
You'd actually probably end up accidentally killing a nigger who was about to stab you
>>34779023
It's made of zinc alloy
Even though modern zinc alloys are great, it's still not up to the spec of aluminum
>>34778826
Unironically yes. I'd love to get a collection of these little pocket guns in .25 ACP, .32 ACP, etc.
>>34778924
Don't you have some poor schmucks dog to shoot ATF? We're discussing these quality firearms
I'd take one for free. It would be a good
>truck gun
>>34778826
For 60 dollarinos or less I probably would tbqh.
>>34778826
only for my suicide
The .380 version is like $110 shipped on Bud's right now.
Seriously considering grabbing one just for the novelty of something so cheap, and the morbid curiosity of seeing what a "Saturday night special" is actually like.
>Smooth Trigger Pull (8-10 lbs.)
If it was a smooth trigger pull, there wouldn't be a 2lbs range of trigger pull
>>34778826
maybe if it was like 20 bucks just to see how many times i could shoot it before it goes kaboom
>>34780654
They have a god-tier warranty. Better than Hi-Point's. Also, it's good to support these guys because it's an American company that gave the middle finger to anti-gun grabbers. In case y'all don't know the story:
>Jennings get sued by some faggots
>Goes bankrupt
>Auction is held to sell all of the tooling/molds/inventory of Jennings
>Anti-gun company raises $500k or something to buy everything and destroy it
>Mr. Jimenez, a former employee at Jennings, manages to raise an extra $80k and outbids them
>This man saved these guns from being destroyed by faggot liberals.
So even if the guns are pieces of shit, buy one because this man saved these things from the commie crusher.
>>34780837
I own an older J-32 that probably has 2k rounds through it. No issues.
>>34778826
If I ever win a decently sized lottery I want to buy out one of the Ring of Fire companies and enforce strict quality control and metallurgical improvements just for shits and giggles.
>>34778826
>buying a Jiminez
>not a spook or a wetback
Unlikely
>>34778826
a poorly made gun in a round too small to carry defensively
no, i would not
i would buy a hi point 9mm or .380 before that
>>34780869
>enforce strict quality control and metallurgical improvements
And raise the price beyond what people are willing to pay. Poor people need guns too.
>>34778826
>Smooth trigger pull: 8-10lbs
>>34780909
Depends on profitability and available capital. QC on the casting process would be more expensive and time consuming than QC on fit and finish.
>>34780908
>too small to carry defensively
European armies circa 1910-1950 and European cops circa 1900-now would disagree with you, as would anyone who knows that the majority of american-made .32 out there is pussy shit target loads and not the real deal 1000 fps + shit
>>34778855
>But I really want a small Jimenez or Raven and will buy one if i ever find it for the right price.
I bought a Raven .25acp off a neighbor who's husband died. It looked NIB, and I put at least 500 rounds through it with no failures of any kind. It would print 4"-5" at 7 yards, which I think was pretty good for a Ring of Fire POS.
I actually traded it for an old model Ruger .22lr Bearcat to a friend that I warned, more than once that he was getting a raw deal. I still have the Bearcat.
>>34779045
>zinc alloy
Zamak
>>34780848
Huh. Now I'm really considering getting one.
>>34779011
You can get a cold steel boar spear for that price and still have a better melee weapon
>>34781380
Get yourself one of the old tanfoglio gt27 in .25acp
>>34782635
Not a half bad idea. Also about a billion spanish pocket pistols floating around
>>34782787
>that sudden price jump when C&Rsenal talked about them
I swear to fucking god Othais
>>34782798
Every time I see a youtuber review anything that's more than 10 years old and made of metal I kinda hate them because I remember a lot of shit from gun rags, shotgun news and the old trade papers back in the day, so I don't want Ito getting out and ruining the gems. When MAC did the Beretta 84s I was screaming internally
Had one once. 150 roynds one jam per mag. Shit accuracy, the bullets keyholed at 30 yards. They are crappy buy a hi point if this is the price range youre in
