I have the option to get one for a good price.
ive never owned a wheel gun but ive been after one for awhile now. but not really a 17hmr revolver.
It is a neat idea but i havent heard much about them. i know 17hmr is supposed to be a good small game round but how would it fair up for self-defense?
I wanted a snubby revolver as a carry gun but is this one even feasible?

17 HMR snub revolver?
Never shot one, mite B fun.
But just going by general principles, it looks like a way to get the least out of comparatively expensive ammo. Short sight radius limits accuracy, short barrel cuts velocities.

no, why not just get a 38 special
17 hmr is smaller than a 22, but much more energy. This also means much less bullet mass.
After about 120 yards, this round will ice pick. Possibly less.
However, I highly doubt you will be sniping with a fucking snubby. 17hmr is retardedly dangerous at close range, and the bullets (basically) explode. Their ridiculously light mass makes it so they just rip themselves apart upon impact. Watch some gel videos.
Good gun if you want a fun tiny handgun
