In this thread we share our knowledge and wisdom on all things mercenary related and help anons find the right contractors that suites them!
how about NO.......
>>34738835
How about yes. Eat shit underage burger.
>>34738877
I spent time in Rhodesia and Sierra Leone in the late 70's and early '80's....not really underage. You're not going to get anyone who has been near this stuff to post about it here.

Anyone looked in going and volunteering with YPG in Syria?
>>34738494
>oh mai gawsh finanaly
>>34738924
So did you gets a warbride or equivalent?
>>34738960
I'm glad the YPG is out there putting bullets in ISIS but why would you want to be stuck in Syria with a bunch of communists and anarchists then face possible legal troubles when you attempt to return home?
>>34739075
no legal troubles for an american, it is perfectly legal.
to actually have made a difference in the world, with my life.
>>34739143
Join our military then. Don't go run off to Syria to join a far-left militia just to get killed by Turks.
>>34739200
too old to join ours, and not many of them are ever engaging in combat.
The turk-roaches are a problem, but lets face it, if there were more americans over there, they wouldn't dare attack YPG.
Mercenaries are scum, loyal only to coin. They ought to be taken out and shot.
>>34738494
dont bother, mercenary work is shit, join the army if you want to kill foreign people
>>34739143
>made a difference in the world
>contractor
Stop romanticizing something your know-nothing ass thinks will be a hole punch in your man-ticket.
Mercenary work is sitting in a guard tower with some Nigerian deserter for peanuts.
2008 is never going to happen again.

Assuming you're from the either North America, or Western Europe..you have a better chance of winning the lottery than getting into a "contracting" job. You literally have thousands upon thousands of military members/veterans spanning almost 2 decades fighting the GWOT with multiple tours who are more qualified. An applicant having just "military experience" and a tour (if it's even a combat one) is nothing special when you got a big af pool of SF veterans to choose from.

Seems like mercenaries got it right, you autistic faggot
Can we begin our own outer heaven? Is there something like it existing today?
>>34743019
No, you need to organize a bunch of /k/ and go take over a small African nation.
>>34743081
this, also bump
Ok theoretically, how would we make ever possibly take back Zimbabwe when every big nation has their hands dipped into their resources? How large of a fighting force would we need? Why would it even be worth it?
Will EMT cert help with maritime security jobs? I was not in the military.
>>34744306
Probably not unless you're joining the peace corps
When will /k/ finally fight ISIS or take over a african country?
It's been said over and over but never done.
I don't care if we fail at this point.
I just want to see some faggot dressed as a maid with an obrez lighting up somebody to the moon

There are many reasons why people might want to be a mercenary; adventure, payment... but I would say that things like being too old for your own home army, end of your military contract with no prospects of returning or not achieving the required standards(psychological or maybe diabetes or celiac disease).
I would say that since not all mercenary jobs have to be about security(equipment operation, mechanic, nursing simple administrative jobs...) you should be able to work for a PMC if you are any of the above.
Although as >>34741379 says, I don't think normal people have a chance.

You mean like finding them an apartment? sage
