I'm looking for a tribal Germanic or Slavic hand forged sword any pointer where I can find some quality made sword with a reasonable price

Wulflund makes nice swords and other items. Check out their website.
If you want historical accuracy, quality, and durability, you have to go with Albion. Don't spend $100 and get a wall hanger. Save up and buy something real.

Why? You want to buy a decorative item for reasonably low price? Go hard or go home. Buy a knife or a gun

Get yourself a gladius, you degenerate.

Go hard? Fucking larping swordfags.
If you can't cough up the money for an Albion -- they're the Rolls Royce of battle ready blades -- Del Tin makes several blades that ought to scratch your itch.

Roman blades were inferior to German by the 3rd century.

What kind of Germanic or Slavic sword? What time period? How important is handling? Cutting performance? Resilience? Historical appearance? How historical do you want the construction and materials to be?
Picking the right sword means knowing what swords are and what exactly you want from a sword.
If you just want something vaguely Viking-age-esque on the cheap that shouldn't fall apart too quickly:

For something like this they're nothing of note compared to, say, Templ.

this.
Albion are closer to being the mercedes or jaguar of the swordmaking pantheon, decent executive panzers for the well-off, but not top of the range at all.
people like Barta (Templ.), Peter Johnsson, Robert Moc, J.Arthur Loose - They are the rolls-royces.

I'm Looking for a sword from the Migration Era before the middle ages
>>34736485
Yes, Rome was the obvious winner 2000 years ago, but they haven't had any weapon upgrades since then, German arms from the 1600's are an obvious improvement.

If you include the Viking age in that then the two I linked above would probably do. There's also this guy http://www.sword-elgur.com/replicas-of-the-original-swords-%3Cbr-_%3E(ca_800-1600).html?cat=6 who's quite cheap, and the stuff looks quite good. Haven't seen much in the way of reviews though, so he may be a bit of a gamble.
If we want to remain solidly in the migration era, before the Viking age, then the selection decreases dramatically.
We have a pair here: http://www.swordsviktor.com/spl/247184/Ancient-History-and-Early-Middle-Ages
And one here: https://www.nielo-sword.com/fotogalerie/swords-of-dark-age/
I haven't been keeping up with reviews and such here for a pair of years or so, but before that Nielo seemed to get somewhat mixed such. I've held a pair of single handed training swords (meant for I.33 work) from Viktor, and those were nice, but back then many complained about him having clear issues delivering on schedule. (This can be an issue overall with these small run producers, smiths needn't be good at doing business, but he apparently may be a bit worse than average.)
It's also worth keeping in mind that there isn't much sold "off the shelf" here, so if none of these swords really appeal to you then you could probably send a photo of a historical one to ElGur, Nielo or Viktor and have a custom made for roughly the same price as that sword would have cost if you picked it out of their catalogue. (The high complexity and level of decoration found on many swords from this period, up to and including generous amounts of gold and gemstones, does mean that this price may still be relatively high.) I don't think any of them do pattern welded work though if that matters, that would call for other smiths and a lot more money most likely.

They are the top sword makers of that period. You will not find any other maker of the same quality or accuracy.
