thought about this too, but i already have a neutered AR. Part of what attracts me to the CCU is that the "lower" is actually a pistol. In order to get my LGS to have anything shipped to them, it has to arrive CA legal.

They're fun, but best if you already have the pistol. 147gr 9mm out of a 16in barrel hardly even needs earpro.

On a side note it's the only way I've ever seen a Kimber be made to work reliably.
