You dumb motherfuckers are so stupid. The large majority of electronics in use today would not be affected by an EMP beyond maybe turning off for a minute or two. The reason for this is that EMPs don't necessarily fuck up ALL electronics. They require an induction point such as an antenna of significant length. Which most modern electronics lack.

Case of super EMPs
