That's a Swiss collector's.
A few of those are also pretty rare in Europe, I think that Arm Pistol there might be the only one in Switzerland.

As a licensed collector in Switzerland, you can own pretty much any machinegun that's commercially available (so you could buy a B&T APC9 that's full auto directly, rather than settling for a semi auto one).

There might be some special caveats though, I think it was a special license that you can't apply for all willy nilly. Otherwise there isn't anything that stops you from collecting other guns on a typical license.
