Decent. In my honest opinion, I feel like I'd break them if the rifle dropped right on top of them. The magpul poly sights did better in a torture test than the troys.

Skip Troy. Quality is fine but the company has shit ethics. They employ the partner of Lon Horiuchi, the nip fuck who murdered Vicki Weaver at Ruby Ridge. He literally testified that he would have shot her the same as Lon did.

There is no world outside of the world of Federal cover-ups where Lon Horiuchi's shot will ever have been justified.
The fact that the courts tried to quash it with the Supremacy Clause after the FBI tried to quash it with a cover-up, only for the prosecutor to ultimately play politics in an election year and drop the case because "Too much time has passed" (only 9 years), and to quietly dismiss the case on the very back page of the news three days after 9/11 happened when nobody was looking.
What happened at Ruby Ridge and in the years after is an affront to justice, you'd really have to be guzzling the koolaid to believe anything else.

In terms of not giving business to Troy - I'd sooner support Springfield, or "No Honest Man"-era Ruger than anybody who doesn't object to Lon Horiuchi's shot.

Troy's position is reprehensible, and I'm of the opinion that anybody who wants to buy Troy should be aware of it, the same as they should be aware of Kahr being Moonies, DesertTech being Kingston Clan, and Springfield being political scum. If you're willing to look past it and buy anyway, you're more forgiving than I.
