Dropped the bomb on my dads wife today. She threw a fit and said she was gonna let the house foreclose, lol. Funny thing is I checked with my attorney and as long as it goes on foreclosure for more than the debt plus costs then I get a 25% cut of the residual. It's a win/win for me.

On the flip side I called the bank and said when it comes up on foreclosure to call me so I can bid on it. If I get get it low enough the I'll get full rights to it and I can sell it at market value taking any profit she would have netted.
