TRex Arms Raptor. Retention is so-so, more of a friction fit than a click in. But claw works great.

Small-ish hands, and using my index finger works on every gun whereas my thumb is marginal on a 17, doesn't work on a 1911, and my grip is such that using my thumb on say an FN ambi mag release pushes it into my middle finger and mag won't drop out. Just easier to leave it.

There is a famous gun lawyer near me who quoted me a minimum of 4 hours @ $400/HR for a trust. Lolno. It's been a decent holster so far, good retention and holds tight to the body. When I first got my 92 I didn't think about carrying it, was going to be a nightstand gun. After carrying my m&p shield for a few years, I noticed people don't care about printing, so I started carrying my 92 more and more and now it's my daily driver. The weight wasn't an issue as much as the overall size. The holster makes it works with it sitting at my 3 o-clock. I'm not a big guy, being 6' 185lbs with a 34" waist and most of my weight in my chest, legs and arms, it tends to work out for me.

Also thinking about picking up the WC Lo-profile safety, think I should pull the trigger?

Thanks for the info. The WC safety is worth it if you're carrying especially, but it really shines when combined with the little spring that resets it, which I don't have. Still nice though, operable, and a lot sleeker. Requires a small amount of fitting, so be prepared.

It's my understanding that the slide needs to be drilled to allow a recessed spring and plunger for a full g conversion. I think Wilson will do it for a somewhat reasonable price, but it didn't appeal to me that much.

I'd wager that the reset won't function on the 92 without drilling for the plunger pictured. If you carry the 92 I'd say the WC lever is worth it either way. Hope you like it. Don't go overboard when fitting the part. Remove too much material and you render the pistol potentially unsafe.

Pocket knives are for misc BS, not just opening boxes. If you don't use a knife then fine, doesn't mean that other people don't. I cut zip ties and cables, open boxes, cut huge blocks of packaging foam, press release tabs, pry friction-fit connections, scrape double sided foam tape, pry under tiny bent pins, remove batteries, short jumper pins, cut food (wash knife first, of course), cut loose threads on my clothing. Just lots of small shit where I'd have to carry around extra tools all day or waste time walking to the parts room rather than carrying a 2oz knife.

I have heard enough bad reports of the RATS to be p cautious of them. I like the fact that it's so small but if it doesn't work then it's worthless. The ones that get me are guys putting them on and still getting a pulse with Doppler.
If you show Snake Hound Machine a RATS he will stroke out.
