Yep. I much prefer the G42 over the G43. It's the softest shooting center fire gun out there. The G43 is just too snappy for good follow up shots. The shield/PPS are more appropriately sized for 9mm. The sig p938 has a bit more weight behind it which makes it the smallest, viable 9mm.

Glock 42 is simply a very fun gun to shoot, and a joy to carry. Hardcast .380s can penetrate pretty well.

Kind of. For pistols to be imported they need to have a certain number of points to prove their "sporting purpose". You get points for calibre, barrel length, adjustable target sights etc. Any calibre 9 or above is pretty easy to get in because 9 Para is where the points for calibre make a huge jump so they are easier to bring in by changing mostly cosmetic parts (ever wonder why Glocks are imported with adjustable target sights that are replaced before sale? .380 is plenty strong within the average conceal carry shooting distance of 10 feet.

That's an amazing price for what it is. Aftermarket galore if you want to fuck with it, even though the stock trigger for it is actually not wholly terrible. Plus it's cheap enough that even if you hate it you could probably sell it for at least that much or more.

Plus having shot both the 42 and 43 side by side, it's retarded how soft the 42 shoots. I'm not even exaggerating when I say it felt like shooting a rubber band gun.

That said, 9mm in general is a wiser decision than .380 but for that much of a discount they're fucking the same

It's a great gun that shoots soft and easily concealable what's not to like. Seriously it's a great little gun I have two for back ups and I occasionally carry one as a primary in a belly band and they work great.
