I love the look of the Arisaka Type 30 'hook safety'. Are these possible to find and purchase for a decent price (i.e. not ~$10,000) in the United States?

Yeah, they usually go for around $700. One or two on Gunbroker when I checked a few days ago. They're neat rifles.
